Root Causes of Greek Predicaments
    The root cause due to which there is predicaments happened in Greece was essentially due to political corruption throughout the European Union and generally owing to lack of due diligence. Prior to entry in Greece, it should have been provided with fiscal stability so that they are able to grant memberships in the currency union. During the time this approach was been initiated, the GDP of Greece to debt was very high. Yet the debt was being overlooked. By observation of the history or the past events of Greece, it was apparent that there were various structural problems, this were associated with the memberships which just simply cleared the issues associated with the nation under the carpet. When the short-term effects were being entered which were largely positive, there were inspiring enhancement in the growth and per capita output. Further, Greece continued to consistently borrow funds at a low rate of interest as they were suffering from fund shortages.
