I. Introduction
The immigration detention is a regulatory policy controlled by the immigration authority regarding the violation of visa, unauthorized territorial entry and arrival. The releasing and deportation is controlled by the authority with a constitutional discussion of the immigrating countries. Various countries have reformed their immigration policies and regulations due to the pandemic situation. Reforming is nothing but formulating and modifying the present laws to amend the regulatory issues and abuses. The discussion will be continuing with the problems faced by the immigration detention centers because of the pandemic situation.

A. Need step
Immigration problems are the most common phenomena among countries. People tend to shift from one nation to another to find a better job or a better life (Nowrasteh et al. 2020). But all these plans go through some serious regulatory protocols which need to be followed. In many cases, people are unaware and indifferent about following the rules which creates immigration issues and detention centers are created.
B. Satisfaction step
Since 2020 the detention policies and practices have changed and reformed rapidly due to the COVID-19 situation. This pandemic situation has created some serious socio-political flaws in between the countries and the states all over the world. Countries have closed national borders for the isolation purpose (Naumann et al. 2018). Flights and other forms of transport have taken a halt due to the pandemic situation.
