This assessment contains TWO parts. Introduction
The concept of the business process management may be conceived to be one of the most critical in the studies of system a
nd overall business management. Implementation of an effective management information system needs consideration of several factors which are both internal and external to the business. In the instant paper, I have provided a self-reflection on the study of the journal about the business process improvement methodology on the basis of the business process modeling. The references under the journal have been taken from health sector. I have provided my view and my learning from such process of understanding the concept, in the subsequent sections of the paper.
Reflection
After conducting part A of this present assignment, I have understood that that Business Process Improvement framework is very essential for every business to maintain its steady operation. This study has also helped me to comprehend the fact that technology has become one of the primary aspects of business, specifically in the role of an information system. It is important for a business to maintain a steady record of its internal data and to secure it with effective confidential measures. Therefore, the software that is implemented within the operation to maintain the internal records and information system needs to be abrupt and efficient. The current study has helped me to identify different frameworks and understand that importance of each in the business process. Before, conducting this project, I was merely aware of the relevance of the theoretical framework in a real business scenario. While conducting the part B, I have noted that several methods and significant measures are discussed by the experts in the theories from which every business owner can gain the deeper insight of the resolving measures they need to apply to overcome business difficulties or challenges.
