Organisational Mission of Bounce Fitness
The mission of Bounce fitness is to provide quality programs and services to the community so that life of people can be improved and they can have access to modern equipment and practices. They are determined to design programs, which are suitable for participants and financially viable to them.

Filling up the Workplace Project Task 2 – Assessor’s Checklist for Bounce Fitness
Operational Plan:
The operational plan consists of gathering feedback and reviewing them in order to collect information from surveys and user logs. It will help to create policies, train employees and design efficient procedures. This, in result, will enhance customer satisfaction. CR manager will be responsible for the implementation of the operational plan.
Job Description: Customer Relationship Manager
· Responsible for customer acquisition through establishing networking between Bounce fitness and corporates, stakeholders and vendors
· Will be managing accounts and customer feedbacks about programs, services and trainers.
· Collecting surveys and analysis them. Preparing a detailed analytical report for the observations.
· Preparing recommendations for the modification of the programs
Media and Communication Policy
Bounce fitness believes in sharing news with its stakeholders and thus communication with them through noticeboards, press releases. They will share customer reviews through social page on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and engaging videos on YouTube.
The employees will be contacted through team brief meetings, newsletters and intranet used in the organisation. Employees will also meet informally with the head of the centre when he/she will visit for:

Two Workplace Incidents through Interviewing Related People
(i) Workplace accident: breakdown of a equipment while being in use by a user
(ii) Workplace harassment or bullying: A trainer who was harassed by the employees for his physique and ethnicity.
Applying Problem-Solving Processes for Identified Incidents
(i) The equipment breakdown happened though it did not cause any serious injury to any of the client. The possible risks could be back and head injury to the user, which could be of serious nature. This could have potential threat to the fitness centre image.
· The equipment maintenance schedule is changed from monthly to weekly and for every two equipment, one trainer will be appointed to assist the client with the usage.
· The manager will be responsible for the strict follow up with the schedule and report to management in case of any discrepancy.
(ii) An Asian trainer was harassed by other trainers at the workplace. They made remarks on his physique and ethnicity. They have violated the diversity policy and actions will be taken against them.
· The training about the awareness of diversity and inclusivity policy will be arranged and they will be warned on strict grounds to follow it.
· The trainer is of good repute among clients and it will checked regularly them no other employee fall prey of such harassment in future.
Preparing Incident Reports for Identified Incidents, as per Organisational Policies and Procedures
The reports will be prepared as per organisational norms and procedures to ensure quick action being taken on the complaint and to ensure the safety of the employees.

Communicating Each Incident Report to Relevant Stakeholders
The key incidents will be uploaded on the website with electronic copy so that stakeholders can access that. The focus will be on how the procedures were followed to be dealt with the issue, time take to resolve it and any significant initial face-to-face communication was carried as an effective approach towards it. The reason will be find out to know the loophole in the implementation process.
Assessment Task 4:
Making Decisions on Their Work Tasks
Decision 1:
The changes in the policy need to be done within 15 days and the new policy should be rolled out as electronic copy to all the employees and stakeholders. It needs to be ensured that all employees submit the electronically signed copy within next 15 days of receipt of it.
Decision 2:
The diversity and inclusivity policy and procedures need to be changed and training regarding same need to be imparted to the current employees in order to make workplace culture more inclusive in nature.
