Many hospitals' emergency departments face significant difficulties while trying to provide quality care to growing hospitals. Often it takes time to match the demands of the patient and the capacity of the emerg
ency departments of the hospital and it causes a crowd of patients. This is related to reducing the services delivered to patients as well as reducing the number of poor patients. This research seeks to identify evidence based on a plan to spend more than half the time in emergency departments to increase the flow of patients while emergency departments are becoming less crowded. In recent years there has been a radical change in the work of the Emergency Department (ED). ED's emphasis changed from triage to saving the lives of shock-trauma rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, a walk-in clinic is being set up to treat patients with ambulatory type. At the same time, the prevalence of ED is becoming the norm in many urban hospitals. This paper recognizes that ED procedure operations need to be flexible and efficient to provide quality treatment to all these patients. The paper aims to examine a key benchmark for measuring the quality of service - the time of patient transformation, claiming that this time must be reduced for quality treatment of those who want ED.

Introduction
In many emergency departments around the world, patient waiting times are increasing due to the increasing number of patients and the inability to meet patient demand. Crowding in the emergency department is an event that affects every hospital in the world. It has been concluded that crowding in emergency departments reduces the quality of care for patients in many patients by delaying treatment initiation. The relationship between emergency departments and mortality rates is becoming increasingly known. Emergency departments were crowded while the demands were placed above the hospital's total demand for timely attendance. Archetype components that contribute to patient waiting in hospitals can be classified either internally or externally for the emergency department. Internal factors may be departmental staffing and staffing levels, while external factors refer to blocks attached to the bed of patients. Recently, the use of subtle considerations in healthcare has increased significantly in response to increasing demand for population growth, aging and service quality. However, insufficient justification and lack of credible evidence are the main obstacles to convincing healthcare professionals to accept the lean philosophy. This report is based on the circumstances in which you need to ask yourself, as a team member, the responsibility of managing the stewardship of public hospital department of emergency. The emergency department of the public hospital received feedback from patients in which they indicated that the patient's wait time should be reduced or improved. The functioning of the entire department can be seen from the hospital cost map providing the contents and information of the hospital flow. System archetypes are common ways of analyzing an organization. Such archetypes help to visualize the behaviors that occur, and connect these systems to the underlying organizational structure. An organization may deploy such archetypes prospectively or clinically. Diagnostic testing of current behavior can be done to find out the reason behind the organization's stewardship. Archaeological hospitals also help managers identify patterns of behavior they currently have in their organization.
