Introduction
Decision-making is one of the most important functions in an organization. The decision-making capability of manager will decide the path in which the organization will function and cover the future course of operation. The decision making style of the manager is mostly depend on the personality and individualistic approach of the person during the decision making process. Therefore, the outcome will be different and will be based on the individual’s character. In the following project the different kinds of decision-making techniques and tools that a manager utilizes for decision making process is discussed. Based on the techniques the correct decision-making will take place.
Decisions Actually Made in 1 Weeks’ Time
In today’s workplace, there is a greater demand for changing and amending the decision as there is constant change in the functioning of workplace as the changes are taking place in the market. The ever-changing pattern also creates situations, which are complex in nature; therefore, a more logical decision should be made based on the current situation. Due to the complexity of the nature, I have to take decisions that are quite important related to my life and career.
The decision that I have taken were all related to the situations I have addressed during my lifetime. To opt for the course I have done was a major decision of my life as that has set the course where I am today. Therefore, whatever decision I take is based on the demand of the current situation. All the major decisions I have taken are based on the priority of the situation and during the process, whatever I needed to decide, I have taken that only.
