Please refer to the following feedback to improve your final project:
1. The executive summary should be better presented. The background information about this project should be stated clearly in only one or two sentences. The research purpose, the data collection method, the findings and implication of this project should be stated in this section. The writing should be around 200 words.
2. The introduction section should be restructured and rewritten. The writing should not take up more than 1.5 pages (line space 1.5). Please construct the introduction in five paragraphs stressing the following issues: 1) establish the background field; 2) summarize previous research; 3) indicate gaps, inconsistencies or controversies, and why they are important; 4) state the state the purpose of the present research and state briefly main aspects of how data was collected and analysed, and conclusions of the research; 5) outline the project report
3. It is good that your literature review followed a clear structure with alignment with your research purpose and questions. To get a better mark, the writing should be more critical. The implications of the literature on your research project should be better presented. The too heavy use of the bullet point writing style in this section should be avoided.
4. The research problem should be better stated.
5. The writing on the 4.1 section should be enhanced. Please do not go into detailed data collection methods in this section. Rather, please describe the research methodology, exploratory or explanatory, a qualitative or quantitative approach? Action research methodology or case research methodology? The mixed methods approach (both qualitative and quantitative) should be better explained and justified.
6. In the data collection methods, the adoption of the survey and interviews should be better explained and justified using more relevant research methods literature. The research participants should be better explained and justified (how many). For the survey, it is recommended you should have at least 20 returned questionnaires. If you cannot achieve this goal, you need to explain the reason behind. The data analysis methods should be explained here.
7. You have a misunderstanding of the concept of secondary data. Unusually books or journal articles are not secondary data. Please refer to Yin for clarifications.
8. The data analysis should be further improved. It is good that you provided detailed data. The presentation of the survey data is fine. However, you need to improve your interview data analysis. It is good that you used thematic analysis. However, the identified themes should be closely related to your research questions so that your findings could be better supported. The analysis needs to be more critical.
9. Your answering the question section is fine but should be presented under the Presentation of findings section.
10. You should have additional section (Section 5: Implications and recommendations. Please structure this section into two subsections. 5.1 Connection to the literature and 5.2 Recommendations. Under section 5.1, please explain how what you have found in this study (from the results) relates to the literature? (I.e. what is similar and what is different?). Under 5.2, please provide the recommendations. The linkages between your findings and literature should be better presented. The final recommendations need better justifications. The conclusions regarding the research questions should be presented more effectively.
11. There are many missing references, incorrectly formatted references and references misused. The presentation style should be consistent.
12. You must use a minimum of 20-25 academic journal article references in your final project.
13. The writing should follow a better flow with sound logic.
14. The connections between sections should be better presented. Attention to the above feedback should considerably improve the overall presentation and impact of this paper.
