Purpose
The major objective or purpose of conducting the survey and to study the same was to investigate the various determinants of the various mobile taxi’s which are being booked through the mobile application services to the consumers, and the same was continued by making use of the technology continuance theory by involving the subjective norms and the perceived level of risk in the same.
Reason
The reason for choosing the same was to place great emphasis on the process of identification and analysing the difference in the various can services providers and for the purpose of the same the data was collected by making use of the detailed and structured questionnaire (Cai, Wang, et.al., 2019). The questionnaires were being provided to the various metropolitan cities ad major concentration was on the working professionals as they make use of the mobile taxis on regular basis.
Nature
The design of the study is completely based upon the pattern or performance of the study and the manner in which the same is undertaken (Liu, Shen, et.al., 2018).
