One officer suffers a broken nose and scratches. Upon her arrest, Sally has a spontaneous utterance while in the back of the police car that she looked at each John's car registration and took down all of their names and addresses and she keeps the information in her apartment. The police obtain a search warrant for the apartment and upon entering the apartment building, see some of the neighbors standing outside their doors listening to a child in distress, and break down the door. Well, there is one of Sally's friends, that same Sammy Sykopath, on top of her daughter while a video camera is in the record mode. There is two poundsof marijuana on the table and Sammy claims it is not his. Upon a search of the apartment, police discover a bunch of video tapes that are sexual in nature involving the child.Now, you must ask who would be charged with what.
