As per the understanding of the EYLF, the cultural safety can be best taught in consultation with the local elder groups or the land councils which can help in ensuring a detailed culturally rich Indigenous policy is included. The educators in collaboration with the Aboriginal communities comprising of the Aboriginal Land Councils and the leaders belonging from the Aboriginal medical and legal centres can be invited for a detailed discussion about their language, arti- facts, and the various traditions. The educators can also work with the Aboriginal worker's network meetings which can help in understanding a detailed perspective about the holistic approach to education.
With regular meetings and through conducting workshops, events the school people can include and record the diversity of people, along with enriching the content and including the participants which can help in providing more clear details related to their culture. By including the topics, stories, and learning’s about the Aboriginal it would help in building the healthy relationship in terms of the learners, teachers and bringing in an effective community. All these steps would help in developing a rich Aboriginal Education through which a unique perspective of work and knowledge can be shared.
The focus remains in primarily exploring the learning and the knowledge systems of Aboriginal communities as by engaging and sharing the Aboriginal education it would help in knowing more about their histories, strengthening their Aboriginal identities and forming a strong bond in between the Aboriginal& Non-Aboriginal students along with the teacher (MacNeil, 2008). Aboriginal community is unique and gaining knowledge through the Aboriginal community people is important in developing a right and appropriate contents for the Aboriginal units of work and perspectives. As per the educators and the Local community leaders, it is believed if the Aboriginal students are learning then every child are learning. While imparting the findings and knowledge to the children, it is advised that the Teacher needs to be balanced and should look for the outside sources to ensure that the Aboriginal education is been rightly projected and taught to the students without getting into a controversial or debatable topic. For this it is best advised, is to take guidance from the local leaders, elderly people from the aboriginal community and allowing the students to engage more in their learning community.
