Introduction
Management can be defined by all activities, which are directed to achieve desired goal and objective by performing continuously in the organisation. It is a series of activities performed in a continuous manner such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling, which are all done in the context of leading as well as understanding the employees. Motivation can influence competitive behaviour. Sometimes, it is just a small motivation that is needed to change a person overall. Therefore, i have learned that when we motivate someone positively, it will definitely influence their competitive behaviour.

However, it is not only about the above set of activities but also about the concept, that how we can effectively utilize those resources available. Understanding environment is essential for the organization, it consists of the external factors that can influence the performance of the organization such as competitors.
Generally, the business environment is divided into two parts that is micro and macro environment. It helps the organizations to understand its strength, work on its weakness and to tap the unexplored opportunity available in the market. No organization is self-sufficient (Serizay, 2018). It has to get resources from the environment and generate economic value for the organization.
