Knowledge
The experts think that the knowledge can be defined as the evolving mixture of some frame experience, expert inside, contextual information and values which can be helpful for providing a framework to incorporate and evaluate new information and experiences.
The authors found that the knowledge in the organizations has become the embedded part in the repository or documents and also in the regular routines, norms, processes and practices of the organization.
The authors also said that to have the knowledge it is important to include human editions for the interpretation, context in experience [1].
One of the authors expended this view and stated that the knowledge can be related with the sense which is Context specific. this shows that the users of knowledge should have deeper understanding and experience with the context or the influences in conditions of the surrounding in which knowledge can be generated and it can be used to provide meaning to these terms. It can also be applied for the knowledge repository as it is very useful, and it also needs to store the context in which knowledge was generated. The knowledge is context specific and it can argue against the idea that we can apply the knowledge universally however it does not argue for the concept of organizational knowledge. In this report we will consider the organizational knowledge as the integral component of what can be remembered by the member of organizations.

For some of the organization then this can be used as the document management system. As a community we do not want it to be just perceived as the document management technology.
Some of the organizations can use the knowledge management only 2 manage the knowledge which is unstructured in the organization.
He also stated that the knowledge management system can be viewed as the system which is used to create can facilitate the capture, reuse, retrieval and storage of the knowledge [2]. This perception about the knowledge management system can be used as it is combining the technical and organizational solutions holistically for achieving the goals of the knowledge retention and reuse them to improve the decision making of individual and organization. Another view of the knowledge management system from another author in 1979 stated that we can use it in any form which is required to accomplish the goals of the organization.
