Concept of Spatial Organization
· The concept of spatial organisation lies in the basic notion of taking a conceptual leap and condensing individual components into a unitary vision, a vision as a whole.
· The different parts of a building can be arranged, assembled and organized in order to provide them with a sense of space, patterns and outside domains. The aim of spatial organisation in architecture is to create a meaningful assemblage of the different components of a particular building (Venkat et al., 2019).
· Spaces in a particular building can be organized in the form of patterns so that they interact and relate with each other in a specific manner. This interaction between the different spaces in a particular building is responsible for the purpose of creation of a cohesive structure in a design.
· The relationship shared by the different forms in a particular building helps in the process of defining the interaction.
· The different types of organizational approaches are centralized organization, linear organization, radial organization, clustered organization and grid organization.
Spatial Relationships
· There are a number of different spatial relationships that are implemented in the arena of architecture. The different types are as follows: space within a space, interlocking spaces, adjacent spaces, and spaces linked by a common space.
· In space within a space, a larger space contains a smaller space, where the larger space is responsible for defining the spatial boundary of the smaller space. In interlocking spatial relationship, two volumes overlap with each other, and as a result of this, a shared space is created....
