Scott is the CEO of a large corporation in Chicago. He spends the month of August in Wisconsin at his vacation home, where he has a separate structure furnished as an office. Scott uses the office each August for longrange corporate planning because he can avoid the interruptions that occur in Chicago and he finds the isolation he needs to concentrate. The rest of the year the office is not used.
