The supreme authority of Microsoft is claimed by employees in terms of performance evaluation, wrongful termination; promotion and pay packages. They are often experienced by wrongful behavior by their co-workers due to their complexion and that affects the overall performance of them. However, their promotion has also been affected by discriminate behavior of the authority.

Five whys is the tool that helps to identify the issues related to the discrimination of employees at the workplace of Microsoft. It consists of series questions that help to identify the issues. Why is Racism an issue?
Regarding the case study, the discrimination relevant to racism is the major issue that affects the performance of employees as well as the overall performance of the organization. Females are discriminated against by the authority of the organization (Dan-Jumbo & Nwuche, 2018). Females have not been paid the same bonus and salary though they have performed the same job. After observing the case study, it has found that the higher authority of Microsoft has involved them to retaliate to those female employees who protest this type of discrimination (Ram, 2017).

The overall performance of females has also wrongly evaluated and that affects their promotional activities. Therefore, it affects work enticement among female employees of the organization. At the same time, the female has also found to complain about sexual harassment in the working place (Cundiff, Danube, Zawadzki & Shields, 2018). However, it is a major issue in terms of the employment policies of the organization.
Why does Wrongful Termination Affect Work Activity?
After a thorough observation of the case study, it has found that Microsoft was accused by the allegation of wrongful termination in the working place. Moreover, it has also found after analyzing the case study that African-American employees and female employees have been treated in a wrong manner by the management of the organization.
