Sunny owns a successful boutique, SUNNIS, and has 20 staffs in her employ. Recently she has come to see you to inquire her legal standing on the following issues:

1. Anita is a cashier and she has been working with SUNNIS for 5 years. Anita is a very good employee and has never caused any problem to Sunny. Recently, when checking Anita’s education record, Sunny found out that Anita had lied about her education in her resume.

2. Last week, Sunny sent Asli a marketing executive to a training that was conducted over the weekend and Sunny paid for all of Asli’s expenses. On the last night of the training, Asli got very drunk and was involved in a fight with several hotel guests. Sunny now is considering to dismiss Asli for misconduct.
