Introduction
The Scene Brokers is the organization for which the report has been prepared. The organization is looking to develop a website and the information gathering techniques for the development of the use cases are included in the report. The web site use cases, benefits of the mobile application, and the work breakdown structure for the mobile app are also covered.
Information Gathering Techniques
The techniques that will be used for use case development and associated information collection will be interviews, surveys, and observations. The employees of The Scene Brokers along with the internal and external stakeholders will be identified as a first step of the interviews. The interviews will then be conducted by preparing the questions for every candidate, conducting the interview, recording and analysing the response. There is a defined flow of activities that is currently being executed in the organization. The current flow will be observed to determine the relationship between the different activities, the set of issues, and dependencies. It will provide the ease of developing the system. Surveys and questionnaires will also be carried out to reach to a wider audience. The interview sessions may get delayed due to availability issues. The conduction of surveys will make sure that the desired information is provided by the employees and users regarding the system being developed and their expectations (Prakash, 2017).
