Organizational behaviour (OB) is the way individuals or groups inter
act and interact with the each other in place of work. Several elements influence these behaviours and relationships, such as organizational culture, leadership, and personal goals of the individuals in the association. Organizational behaviour affects how executives control tasks of workplace management. An executive as well as the whole association faces several challenges in the business organizational behaviour. The association was founded in 1962 by Sam Walton. Wal-Mart is headquartered in Arkansas, Bentonville. For 50 years, business has operated in 28 countries and has 12,000 outlets. Currently, in conditions of revenue, a Wal-Mart is the biggest company of world. In addition, it is the leading private employers of the world according to list publish by Fortune magazine (Brantley, 2011). The motto of the business is "Save more and live better." The lesser cost strategy has also helped the association capture a huge market. The association’s culture believes that retailers can help the people by money saving, which will get better quality of theoretical life. Four values of business ​​include providing services to its consumers, respecting everybody, attaining excellence moreover taking actions designed to preserve integrity. A Wal-Mart is committed to increasing its trade value by exploring development opportunities as well as integrating its objectives ​​and core values into all aspects of the business.
Analysis and Description of leadership issue and organisational behaviour
It is very difficult for the management to verify the fixed size of the workplace team. Nevertheless, the team's ability to improve the work process, but the huge team size increases the complexity and increases the problems that may hinder the team's work. In general, smaller groups are more successful than the larger groups (Brantley, 2011). Such as, the large team of WAL-MART has problems in the decision-making process because the group members have very different views, which create conflict situations. In addition, the participation of informal and formal teams can also affect team work, as the interests of individuals and organizational goals can sometimes be different, which can hinder the work of the team (French and Schermerhorn, 2008). It is important for WAL-MART members to communicate furthermore successfully regulate the organizational activities to achieve team functions, to better communicate and share critical data with key member of the association to maintain operational processes and plan for major issues (French and Schermerhorn, 2008). WAL-MART is using advanced communication and financial tools to manage operations and monitor workplace employees, which has a positive impact on the work process. Organizational structure is the hierarchy of organizational power, rights, responsibilities and communication. In fact, labor diversity includes any diversity of labor that differs from the so-called norms (Harress, 2013). People will find that Brahmin's work covers everything Muslims, scheduled castes or Sikh workers. The so-called normative employees of physical disabilities, lesbians, gay men, and the elderly or other people who differ in some respects may vary. In an earlier period, managers often used a melting furnace approach to resolve differences in the organization, assuming that different people would automatically absorb it in some way (Harress, 2013). Today, a dynamic business environment presents organizations with a variety of challenges. Incentives and Demand are changing because of changes in the socio-financial structures or multicultural approaches (Hasan, 2018). Managing workers to improve managerial performance has always been a main challenge for multi-national businesses. WalMart has also been experiencing some problems related to organizational behavior. According to reports, abuse of employees is the outcome of the terrible managerial culture. In Wal-Mart case, the function of the leader was questioned. It has been found that employees have no motivation for a range of causes (Kondalkar, 2019).

However, it is reported that standard salary is $8 per hour, which is about 34 hours of work per week for workers. Hence, the average yearly salary is predictable at $16,600. This leads to worker dissatisfaction. Employees in Washington, DC, and cities across the United States are organizing strikes. The main reason for the labor turmoil is Wal-Mart's low wage rate. Organizations want to motivate staff members to get better overall job performances (Muondo and Perkins, 2013). Along with Maslow's hierarchy of requirements, it is first necessary to meet physiological needs. Physiology requires triggering individual to do a job to make sure normal earnings. The initial function of the employment is to meet basic requirements of individual. Wal-Mart's lower wages are not sufficient to meet physical requirements of staff member (Pendola, 2014). They require using food stamps moreover subsidies to make a living. Therefore, the company cannot meet the main requirements of employees.
