The state of NC decided to allocate 50% of available funds ( $100 million) based on percent of state's population, 25% of available funds based on percent of state's incomplete miles and the remaining 25% of available funds equally between all the 7 regions in the state. What would be the share of a region if its population is 19% of the state's population and incomplete miles is 9% of state's incomplete miles?
