For achieving effective outcomes, learning theories and instructional design model should be implied correctly. Faculty members at schools and colleges use aspects of instructional design to identify the objectives of their sessions, develop different learning for reaching the objectives and assessment of the learners. There are three types of theory, according to the instructional design model, namely - sensory, long-term and working memory. These encode the information that is coming to the brain. As stated by Christensen (2021), the information received by sensory memory passes to working memory, which reflects the consciousness of the student. A student generally uses the method of rehearsal to process information. These rehearsals are of two types, namely - maintenance and elaborative.
