Theory Concepts Submissions Specification:
Each Theory and Concept submission needs to have an introduction, a discussion section and a conclusion section.  The Introductory Section provides an overview of the theory and concepts contained in the assignment chapters and journal articles. The Discussion Section provides a considered response to the discussion questions associated with the assigned chapter and journal articles. The Conclusion Section outlines the management implications of the theory and concepts reviewed with a particular focus on either the retail/hospitality sector or the healthcare sector or both.
