Executive Summary
This whole report is all about discussion of the implementation. In this report we will try to learn all the issues which can be faced while implementing the selected use case of AI technology. For this task it is important to understand different types of issues and how they can be handled with in time. The implementation
of the chatbot will be done for TAFE NSW, Australia. The aim of the organization to explore different methods in which artificial intelligence can be used and they can achieve different technologies which can be beneficial for their business process during the time of pandemic. The aim of the institution is to integrate the artificial intelligence product with the information technology system which they have currently, and this system can offer virtual advice to the students for covering substantial regions around the country. As the report follows, it consists of different technical issues which can be faced and how they can be managed. We will also talk about the security issues and privacy of the user by providing them transparency. There are different technologies which need to be learnt before implementing the whole working of the chatbot. We will discuss about the ethical consideration and also perform technical assessment. The university should be ready for incorporating the new technology and handle all the issues.

Introduction
This whole report can be used by the university to understand and learn about different aspects of implementing chatbot in their university. It would be easier for them to implement the technology with the help of this report. In this report we discussed each scenario in detail. This report can be used as the handy document for the technicians and analyst to understand what the requirement of the chatbot is and how it can be designed. Once the data is collected it needs to be managed and handled properly. The data will be handed over to the data analyst or system analyst who will make sure that data is stored at a proper and safe place. The potential risk can be related with the collection of the data which can make us the target. It depends on the purpose of the chat bot for which we are using it as it can be used to collect some valuable and personal information of the user which can include account information, legal names, Geo locations or the addresses or the payment information. It is very important to provide the users as per their control and the choices instead of providing a manner for the interaction as per the preference of the agent. It is the most important step for understanding the needs of the user and there will be. Transparency with an agent who is the non-human or automatic machine, or it can create limits for the capabilities.
Summary of Use Case
TAFE NSW, Australia offers vocational education training on a large scale offering substantial opportunity with intense competition. The organization has witnessed an exponential growth in the number of students interested in online learning which gives rise to the need of new and emerging technologies that the organization intends to incorporate. Such external demands have posed challenge to the organization’s internal factors which need to evolve in order to sustain a financially viable education business. TAFE requires to change its outdated operating model and unsustainable cost base using a competitive, commercial and modernized approach.
Any information which is related with identity can be stolen. The type of the data which is collected with the artificial intelligence makes the chat bot and the database a proper hub for the hackers. It is very important to make sure that whatever information which is collected should be kept protected. This means that we need to have proper virus protection, complex passwords, firewalls and make sure that the employee's follow all the best practices to keep it safe. Artificial Intelligence is a driving technological force in the education industry. The ability of a computer-controlled machine to perform tasks in human-like manner has evolved to an extent where machine intelligence can perform various information management and administrative systems. It has outperformed the functions of humans in various fields. Educational institutions, as all the other industry sectors, are pouring enormous amounts of money into widening the scope of AI into personalized education. AI in education has made substantial progress in effective one-on-one tutoring, building effective virtual classrooms and the like.
This report proposes a chatbot as the solution to be implemented by the target organization which shall work as a virtual advisor (Ghose, 2013) providing professional explanation of theories in engineering field. The chat bot shall help the users...
