• Identify and articulate the objective of the case study


• Identify and articulate the current state (Apresentset of circumstances that required the organization/business to take action.) Note: In assessing the current state, it is very important to closely review the organizational (business) structure which could involve any of the following: Systems (technology architecture (applications/tools)), People (internal/external stakeholders), Policies/Procedures (rules/regulations), and Processes (workflow).
