This document is a proposal for a scooter sharing service startup called ScootNYC. The scooter sharing service will allow users to rent scooters from one location and drop them off at the same or different location in New York City. Our scooters are not left abandoned on public sidewalks in the city. It will be located in New York city Manhattan near Time square. This Scoot NYC Business is a reasonable and profitable business, which will earn profit from marginal fare which will be charged for a ride. Currently, bikes are in high demand in most cities because they provide easy and fast access for short-distance trips, tourist trips and transit linked trips.
