This is a group work assignment and i am the group leader, my group consist of three people with me included. The assignment is of the two parts, one comprises of the theoretical report of 4,800 words and the other being a practical slide show presentation. I and my group will be presenting this in class; this slide show will be a summery description of our theoretical report. As my group only comprises of three of us we will not need section 5: Project Stakeholder management and Communication plant. Could you also divide individual task on its own as well as give the full report with all the individual task in it as well as the group tasks as the individual task will need their individual bibliography at the end and with regards to the full report i will be submitting can you please add all the referencing at the bottom in alphabetical order. The work needs to be Harvard referenced. My group has decided to pick Wall-mart as are FTSE 500 organisation and its objective is to expand into Jamaica.

Any issue please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks
