g a clear perception of my personality, strength, weakness, thoughts, judgements and motive. It is a great sign of emotional intelligence and might help me to be a successful and cooperative manager at a point of time who will lead them and help the organization to reach their objective. Being self aware will help to understand myself, my skills and help in to interact with my team members more openly. Self awareness made me realize the values of certain skillset that is very important in the course of my career. As a result I have invested in developing my interpersonal skills which will help me to communicate with my team in a better way. I am also learning oral skills that will help me in better delivery of speeches and my public discussion. As a manager or a leader it is my duty to lead the employees towards success. So a clear understanding of the motive of the organization has to be there along with the capability to control the team and make them work together to achieve the common goal. This needs high level of dedication towards the profession and the power to adapt, build, communicate as well as maintain a good team.
However working in a new country, new work culture can be very much difficult.
