INTRODUCTION
In the provided case study of the company named Parivar in which the turnover of the employee is increasing and for retention of employee the management is now focusing on the better performance of the staff. They were developing new skills and ideas which has supported employee performance.
Managers are developing their roles in understanding the employee's work-related problems. In the organisation, two experts are resolving the issues and it is helping in increasing the efficiency of the entity. Development of new working culture and ethics are followed by the members of organisation and delegation of authority is also there.
Turnover is the most significant conflict for the entity in the present era, and higher authority makes the crucial decision in retaining the employee and this decreases the turnover.
1. What are conflicting values evident in this case?
When different types of people work together in the company, then it creates conflict between each other. The company is small in size as a comparison to Infosys and HCL which is the biggest concern for the entity in I.T. industry.
Competitors of the company pay 30%extra in comparison to the Parivar. In past organisation got bankrupt which creates a negative impact on the mind of the employees and customers (Anitha, & Begum, 2016).
Values and ideas of individual employees are differing from each other which lead to personal conflicting. Poor communication among top level and middle-level management and opposing interest in the company are increasing conflicts in the company. Turnover of the employee is growing by 35%, and new employees are coming in a company which is creating disputes (Garvin, Natarajan & Dowling, 2014).
