The company hopes to minimize administrative work on PCs and hopes to take benefit of fact that their users have a large number of shift emplyees, all of whom use the similar basic configuration of Windows 10 computers with Microsoft Office installed. The business has received a lot of calls about configuration change that users affect others, and hopes to minimize the time it takes to resolve configuration problems. There is also a second group of employees in office, and they all have same computers using Windows 10, accounting and Office software packages. The business hopes to decrease the work of testing and rolling out patches to these computers. About 15 users need professional software. The company hopes that these users can move on workstations or use their own devices as needed.
