1. Change in study of adolescent and child development with time
The study of development of child was ignored largely in human history. The children were viewed as a simple version where only a little attention was paid to many important aspects such as cognitive abilities, physical growth and usage of language, which occur to them in the time of adolescence. As per the idea of Beauchaine and Hinshaw (2016), in the 20th century, the focus was given on this matter, as they understood the importance of the study of child development as it permits to appreciate the emotional, social, and physical and the educational growth that children go through the adulthood period.
