This assignment explores the effective failure of employers to prevent discrimination in the recruitment process. Discriminating individuals in employment is an international human rights violation which is a grave issue of concern to the human service professional. 
The assignment covers a literature review that explores the human rights violation of discriminating individuals in the recruitment process. Subsequently, a discussion on the international human rights legislation and policies related to the issue is also covered. Thereafter, the role of a human service professional regarding the mentioned issue is addressed.
A video by Skill Boosters (2018) depicts the types of discrimination that persist in the organization during the recruitment process.
Literature Review
