A) Process Component
1) Audience
The audience for this project related to all the individuals in the world. The albums from Sony music are released at a global level. Individuals of all ages listen to the songs and videos which are provided by Sony Music. Any person who has the ability to hear and see is included as an audience.
2) Data Elements
There are a total of 16 variables in the data set of Sony. These variables are Adverts, Sales, Airplay, Attract, Price, Gender, streaming services, Piracy, Top20, Age, and Number of Previous Albums, iTunes Download, Genre, Year Released, Language, Country. 
The continuous variables are Adverts, sales, airplay, attract, price, piracy, age, number of previous albums, and iTunes download. The time series variable corresponds to the year released. The discrete or the variables which are measured by the nominal scale of measurement are gender, streaming services, top 20, gene, language, and country. The geographical variables corresponds to country here.
The album number refers to the unique ID of the album. 
Adverts refer to the advertising expenses before releasing the album. This is measured in dollars. Adverts are measured by the ratio scale of measurement.
Sales refer to the album sales in the month after release. Sales are measured by the ratio scale of measurement.
Airplay is defined by the number of times the album is played on Fox radio during the week prior to release. Fox radio is referred to because it is the biggest National radio station of the United States.  Airplay is measured by the ratio scale of measurement.
Attract corresponds to the attractiveness of the band or singer. Attract is measured by the ordinal scale of measurement. The value 0 denotes not attractive at all and the value 10 denotes very attractive.
Price refers to the price of the album. It is measured in terms of dollars. Price is measured by the ratio scale of measurement.
Gender corresponds to the sex of the album singer. It is measured by the nominal scale of measurement and is categorized as either male or female.
The streaming service is defined as if the album is available on Spotify or Pandora. If the album is available on Spotify, it is denoted by the value S. If the album is available on Pandora, it is denoted by the value of p. It is denoted by the value "n" if it is not available on neither of the platforms. The nominal scale of measurement as it is categorized as Spotify, Pandora, or neither.
Piracy refers to the total number of illegal download of the album in the first 2 weeks after release. Piracy is measured by the ratio scale of measurement.
Variable top 20 is defined as if the track of the album has appeared in the Billboard top 20 list, considering the first two weeks after release. This is measured by the nominal scale of measurement as it has only two categories of either yes or no.
Age corresponds to the album's singer. The number of previous albums by the band or singer...
