Hello Team,
Today, I would like to update everyone regarding two important issues

3- Email to General Manager
To: General Manager
Subject: Performance Planning Meeting- Highlighted Issues
Respected Sir,
The Performance Planning Meeting was conducted as scheduled and a range of issues were presented and discussed at the meeting. I wanted to bring three of these, that appeared to be of primary concern, to your notice.
1- It was found that even though the team works well together, certain communication issues have been noted. The main area of concern has been verbal instructions.
2- The staff felt that it would be better to have an even for girls that did not specify the gender divide.
3- I believe that that budget allocated by the management is too low and will act as a hindrance in achieving our marketing outcomes. In addition, we are also short-handed when it comes to staff
All three issues have been of concern to the management and after brief discussions with other managers, I propose the following three solutions.
1- All-important communications must be communicated via a written medium. A post needs to be made both on the notice board as well as to individual employees, who are concerned with the necessary information
2- The event proposed for girls can be done through highlighting female soccer players without specifying the event to be for girls.
3- Increasing the budget by 10% for all proposed strategies.
I believe the solutions I have proposed will effectively solve the concerns raised during the meeting. Kindly review these and provide your feedback.
Regards
Marketing and Communication Manager
Aron.
