Topic 9 Managing and Controlling Ethics Programs
1. Learning
As per my learning I get to obtain the knowledge regarding the importance of an ethics program in business. Ethics program is important as it helps in communicating the philoso
phy of the business to the employees, investors, vendors and the customers. An appropriate ethics program in the organization helps in strengthening the relationship of the organization with their customers as well as the employees and it also increases the reputation of the company in the market. The another important aspect related to the ethics program is the ethics audit which points out the audit conducted in order to acknowledge and analyze whether the organization is effectively following the code of conduct goals and values that the company has set up for itself in order to establish a cordial environment (Ko, Ma, Bartnik, Haney & Kang, 2018).
The ethics auditing benefits the work culture of an organization in several ways it helps in identifying the potential risks and liabilities and improve the legal compliance within the work culture. It also improves the relationship with the stakeholders which helps in enhancing a positive work culture within the organization. The ethics audit helps in keeping check on the unethical behaviors by analyzing the practices that are being followed and carried out in the organizations. In the learning the knowledge obtained points out to the fact that the ethics audit is not a remedy option rather it is a regular process in creating a healthy work environment and good reputation of the company as unethical behavior can be possessed by the employee at any stance in such case regular audit would help in checking on within the time and improvising it.

2. Critique
The topic of the study is considerably very relevant in the context of the work practices and the work environment. As the ethics program and ethics audit is the prime strength of the companies that help them in ensuring that the practices and the activities they carry on are not questionable and are for the benefit of whole. Though with strength there are also some weaknesses related to it as the ethics program requires good time as it is regular process that need to be maintained efficiently with time (Okoye, 2019).
3. Reflection
These concepts and theories portrays the exact framework that was practiced at the organization I used to work earlier. In my previous organization the managers and the top level department ensures that the company has good ethical program, which helped them in achieving good reputation in the business. Though the audit process at my previous organization was not regular that was the one thing that need to be maintained so that the most of the benefit could be accumulated through it.
I can use this learning in the future situation specially the ethics program and ethics audit in the organizations I would be working in the future so that I could gain implicit benefits from my learning.
Topic 10 Globalization of Ethical Decision Making
1. Learning
In this topic I get to learn a complete different aspect that was the global culture and values. I realized that the global culture is considered as a set of shared experiences , symbols, norms and the ideas that unite the people at the glob al level while the values represents the set of beliefs and faith the people have at different levels. The high context culture are considered as those that communicate in a ways that are implicit and rely heavily on context while the low context culture relies completely on the verbal communication (Medeiros, 2017).
There are several stances which relates to the fact that the business practices carried on possess different ethical standards as per the different cultures. For instance there are countries in which taking gifts and favours for doing work is normal and is in practice while in several countries taking gift is considered as bribe and hence the whole scenario comes under the unit of corruption. In the topic I learned that the United Nations global compact is basically an initiative that implies the global corporations should sign to commit to responsible business practices in the area like the labour, human rights practices, the environment and corruption.
The CSR or the corporate social responsibility...
