Gas, Charcoal, or Wood Pellets?A consumer research organization¹ had 114 staffers taste chicken that had been cooked on grills heated by gas, charcoal, and wood pellets. They report that 41 of them (36%) preferred the gas grilled chicken, 39 (34%) picked charcoal, and the remaining 34 (30%) went with wood pellets. Does this information provide enough evidence to conclude that one type of grill heat is preferred over another?
