1. Find an article in a recent newspaper that reports ona plea bargaining arrangement. Briefly summarize the case that is reported, and the circumstances of the plea bargain.


2. Determine from the report if the description best fits charge bargaining, count bargaining or sentencing bargaining.


3. In your opinion, who was best served by the deal and why?
