Actively engage with and complete your ICE Project. Maintain an activity log of your plans and actions. Critically evaluate your learning through working on the project. Prepare a „Reflective Report and Action Plan‟, which discusses your learning incorporating your Activity Log, Self & Peer-Assessment. a. Reflective Report & Action Plan This should reflect the fundamental learning from carrying out the project and the module as a whole, in relation to your personal, interpersonal and business skills, especially in terms of I.C.E. You do not need to consider every aspect but can select the development of key skills that have been most significant for you and this is likely to include learning from „negative‟ experiences as well as positive. The key is to present a „critical evaluation‟ of the issues you faced whilst working on the project. This could include any disparity between theory and practice, the challenges you faced and how you dealt with them at a personal, team and project level. If challenges were not wholly addressed then discuss and make recommendations on what could have been done differently at the appropriate level: personal, team, project, module or programme. 8 Based on your reflective report, self and peer-assessment, identify key areas for your personal/professional development, especially in relation to business, interpersonal and I.C.E. Explain in detail, how you propose to develop these skills. Concentrate on providing deep insights into the key skills areas that you have identified as most important to you, rather than trying to provide a wider description of the whole project, which is likely to result in a superficial evaluation.
