Memory is one of the fore most criter
ions in life which will decide the success of a person in personal life as well as in career. A person with good memory can able to do things more effectively as well can lead more successful relationship management in life. Hence improving memory is a determining factor for leading a satisfactory life. From psychological perspective, memory of a person is not something that is fixed with birth, with consistence efforts and structured techniques it is possible to enhance memory of the person. The following are some of the simple and key activities from evidential psychological perspective with potential to increase the memory of a person.
Techniques to Improve Memory:
Meditation:
Few minutes of meditation every day in a serene and tranquil environment can contribute towards rejuvenation of brain and body of human beings. This will contribute to enhance the overall memory functionality in human beings. If time permits even long meditation can contribute towards better functionality of brain and memory functions. Meditation can be learnt from experts for better control on breathing and focus during the meditation process. Meditation will activate the neuro circuits and will enable better functionality of human beings (Bhogal et al.,2016).
Focus and Framing:
Focus and framing activity will allow getting superior memory functionalities by cultivating focus and framing. Focus is about concentrating on the event of immediate concern. Only with focus it is possible to concentrate and absorb all the relevant information regarding the issue. Hence practicing focus is the first step before absorbing the content.
