The actual cause of Alzheimer's disease is still not clear to scientists. Rese
archers believe that various external, as well as internal factors, affect the brain over a period of time can lead to this disease. The inability of the functioning of Brian protein can damage the brain neurons (1). The damaged neurons hamper the normal function of the brain and start disrupting the activities of the brain in controlling memory. In the late stage of this disease, it can be seen that the brain gets shrink. Scientists have found that a few special proteins of the brain get toxic effects on neurons the start disrupting the cell to the cell communication process and most of the cases they blocked the transport of nutrients to the brain cell and creates neurofibrillary tangles (2).
