Two Distinct Sentencing Arguments
In this particular case     State v. Stu Dents, the defendant was found guilty by the students for the following charges such as assaulting a police officer, homicide as well as crimes related to drugs. It was felt that there was no significant evidence for charging him with the burglary. It was ruled by the jury that the defendant was extremely guilty in terms of assaulting a police officer namely Mr. T. Chur. Thirdly, the court was pleased that the defendant committed crimes connected to possessing drugs as well as abuse. Moreover, the jury also contended that the victim was kidnapped by the defendant for killing her. Lastly, a victim wore a ring regularly that is possessed by a defendant. This case is also at the sentencing stage and I would like to hear the thoughts of the prosecuting attorneys and defending before the court gives its final verdict. It is highly recommended that the beliefs of the society’s justice system must be satisfied by the proposals.
Furthermore, the proposals will be showcasing the prosecution office’s credibility as ordered by the justice system. However, when the final sentence is produced or while arguing we will not only consider the crime committed but the accused’s state of mind at the time when the crime was committed/when the crime took place. When the sentences will be recommended then the prosecution and defense will be acting accordingly with responsibilities that will be given to them in their respective roles. The sentence had also presented on the state. Both the prosecution and defense had their time in the case. It is quite evident the judges will be listening and then considering both sides of the prosecution and also defense arguments and considering all of the evidence that is presented in the court during the judicial procedure.
