The article of Lysaght et al. (2019), states the different ethical issues and disadvantages that arise from the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare sector. It also describes different strategies to reduce the risks imposed due to ethical issues. The author utilized several case studies and researches of different authors to list the ethical issues and to analyze each issue from the perspective of a patient. Initially, their study focused on the identification of AI application in the critical areas of the medical field; namely efficient diagnosis, research on different patient populations, and generating collaborative collective knowledge on patient analysis records.
