In the role of the school principal who is developing an instructional leader. Complete a coaching cycle of pre-conferencing, observing, and post-conferencing with a novice instructional leader who is completing the coaching cycle with a classroom teacher. Begin by meeting with the instructional leader and the classroom teacher for a pre-conference, then attend the observation, and follow-up with a post-conference. During each step of the process, evaluate the novice instructional leader on the quality of their feedback, specifically related to school culture and professional respect.


Use any remaining field experience hours to assist the principal mentor and, provided permission, seek opportunities to observe and/or assist the principal mentor.


At the conclusion of the clinical field experience, compose a 750-1,000-word summary and analysis of your experiences.


Include the following:


· Summarize your coaching experiences, demonstrating how you developed and supervised the staff’s instructional and leadership capacity.


· Describe how developing leaders within the school helps focus organizational time on high-quality school instruction and student learning.


· Explain the school’s distributed leadership structure and provide 1-3 recommendationsto improve the structure or related policies.


Support your analysis, reflection, and suggested areas of improvement with 2-3 scholarly resources.

We know the fact that for improving the quality of the education provided to the students the college authorities have to introduce effective practices and policies. Most of the international schools and colleges are using distributed leadership practices for improving the services provided to the students. Distributed leadership always helps for enhancing the productivity of the organization and it also helps for sharpening skills and abilities of the staff (Amels et al 2020,p.18). In this research paper, we are analysing the various aspects related to the application and effectiveness of distributed leadership.
Summary of Coaching Experience and Strategies Used for Developing the Instructional and Leadership capacity
When I was appointed as the coach for the school, I understand that most of the staffs are different places and backgrounds. The values and norms of each staff were different, so I developed diversity management principles and strategies for improving the cohesion between the staff. Initially, the viewpoint of each staff was different so, I used a team-based approach for developing the instructional and leadership capacity. For understanding the problems faced by the staff in different departments I used quality circle and it provides me with an option to understand the major concerns and also helped for understanding the training need analysis. I shuffled the group members time to time and I also conduct a SWOT analysis for understanding the major strength and weakness of each staff (Joo 2020.p.30). I focused on democratic coaching style and it helped me to collect the opinions and suggestions from school staffs.
