Personal Journal of Chapter 1
It has been said that companies obtain value from information, intellectual asse
ts as well as capabilities instead of "things", and these abilities are attributed to people. Therefore, to create a lasting competitive advantage, the company should focus on retaining and developing its organizational expertise (tacit, skills, or explicit information, abilities, or core competencies) moreover how to involve employees in this process (Farhadi, 2009). There seem to be two opposed learning concepts within the organization-a basic and mainly instructive approach that focuses on correcting errors or omissions and remedial measures; and through comprehensive lifelong learning to recognize the fundamental significance of workers to the company Sex, so a more developmental approach (thinking people as assets) is adopted.
The first chapter of "The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of Learning Organizations" by Peter M. Senge discusses the method in which our actions are closely integrated with reality, which makes it necessary for us to change and control in the desired direction (Silviana, 2019). Whether it is personal life or the litigation procedures of various organizations, changes are inevitable. Certain chapters play an important role in breaking this illusion. This illusion is that the world is created by mutually independent and interconnected forces, thus promoting the development of learning organizations, and people can continuously work together. Strive to achieve common goals. Therefore, a particular chapter is thought-provoking; it outlines the big picture by continuously expanding capabilities using new and broad ways of thinking. Organizational learning provides a mechanism for solving the nature of information because there are basic differences in explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge (Sumita, 2008). Formalization or communication is embodied in the foundation of individual, behavior, or background. To build a sustainable competitive benefit, companies need to effectively use the tacit knowledge gained from a closer understanding of operations and the environment. This kind of tacit information can be regarded as the wisdom of the enterprise. Despite the challenges of dissemination, organizational learning methods can still be use to effectively capture it to create, innovate as well as maintain the required competitive advantage (Farhadi, 2009). For this integrated thinking approach to be effective, leaders should be capable to form a shared vision of where the organization will become, and develop creative tension by clearly articulating the company's current position.
