The leader with a vision of self-development, strategic thinking, team development, ethical practices and innovation direct the members for the accomplishment of stated goals (Glatthorn, Boschee, Whitehead and Boschee, 2018).
Importance of leadership

Some are born leaders and some develop leadership qualities with due course of time and situational needs. It is indispensable as it leads to the path of achievement of organizational goals.
