He is able to develop the cohesive environment and establish interpersonal relationships so that objectives can be achieved. The leader with a vision of self-development, strategic thinking, team development, ethical practices and innovation direct the members for the accomplishment of stated goals (Glatthorn, Boschee, Whitehead and Boschee, 2018).
