    In the current assignment, the nature and functionality of the for-profit unionized and non-profiting, non-unionized healthcare organizations have been chosen as the topic of discussion. Considering the fact that in for-profit healthcare the employees are provided salaries and management cater profit, the union is formed within the organization to bargain the claims of employees and management. In case of non-profiting healthcare, the employees provide their services without profiting intentions and more of philanthropic attitude.
