  1. Download theStress Management and Prevention Program Resource Guide template(also available in Course Documents). Save the file using the How to Label Your Work instructions in the Course Syllabus.

  2. Fill out the Title Page.

  3. For each of Units 1–9 select three key learning points as “Information to Remember.” Type a brief summary (2–3 sentences) about the key learning point in “Information to Remember” for each of Units 1–9.

  4. Review the Journals and assignments for the chapters covered during the course. Place the entire Journal within your resource guide. Provide a brief summary of the assignments to include in the resource guide.

  5. On the “Additional Information” page, there should be at least 5 items, including: 1 book, 1 article, 2 websites and 1 other source (i.e. one of the Seminar PowerPoints, another article or book).

  6. References: On this page, make sure you provide the full citation for any sources used throughout your Project. Use APA format and style.

  7. Go back to the Table of Contents and fill in your page numbers.

  8. Save the file using the How to Label Your Work instructions in the Course Syllabus.

Unit1-
The food that I choose was Snyder’s of Hanover Butter Snap Flavored Pretzels. Sigh
t- the first thing I noticed is that these pretzels were not the typical pretzel shape. They were square with 12 square holes each pretzel was almost evenly shaped. You can see the salt on each pretzel. I held the pretzels in my left hand. I could hear me swallowing and a growing feeling of anxiety because I just wanted to eat the pretzel at this point. I noticed that I quickly gave in to eat the pretzel. I was Surprised- after I ate the other three pretzels in my hand, I was annoyed that I could not resist temptation.
