My primary role is to assist the different organisations
I can help them in the use process of effective leadership activities in their business
 my primary role is to assist the different organisations in terms of certain areas of their business. The inclusive works of the different organizations will be managed by me as in the business companies I perform the role of their consultant. The performances that will be offered by me in the business companies can help them in the use process of effective leadership activities in their business. Not only that, my role is to facilitate the organisational activities of the Duke Energy Corporation. I also will help this power supplier company of the US to make deeper changes in the supply of power.

The circuit overload is one of the common problems that the US-based power supplier company. In that context, it is observed that among all the customers of this power supplier company most of the customers are consuming excessive electricity for their activities. Therefore in this respect, it is observed that most homes and apartments of the United States do not have their efficient power boards for the use process of the electricity. For this, in case of the breaks in circuit, the homes of the consumers are tripping frequently.

The major issue that the consumers of the Duke Energy Corporation of the United States are facing is the high electricity bills. This process of the effective providers causes the high electricity bills to the consumers of the company and that serves issues at the time of payment of those bills. Furthermore, lack of involvement of the identification of electrical devices also serves the reason of the high electricity bills as the lack of proper checking of the electrical devices that the consumers are suing at their homes are causing power surges.

Through the overview of the overall services that the Duke Energy Corporation is offering to their consumers.  In many cases, it is noticed that the experts who are offering services to the consumers are not proper and that causes faults again and again. The lack of effective service of the experts serves hindrance in front of the customers to the timer of consuming power for their use case. 
The experts that the Duke Energy Corporation is using for their supply of power to their customers are not well trained. In basic cases at the time of delivery of instant services to the consumers, it is noticed that there is a lack of skills among most of the workers.
