It also brings people into the organization by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. It also includes the employee benefits, compensation, compliance, payroll, company structure, training, and development of an employee. When it comes to HR department in an organization, there are a few things to be considered for bringing. Specific programs, processes, methods, and understandings will help enhance best recruitment practices to develop effective recruitment for the organization. Components that play a crucial role in bringing effectiveness in the organization by new employee recruitment are effective internal management, good recognition and compensation program, work-life balance process, effective Management, encouraging employee advocacy, improving candidate experience, and enhancing organization work function and culture. NEW EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT PROGRAM According to Malik (2018), Human resources should completely focus on humans, including practical and skilled employees; Resource denotes the utility that adds value and refers to the availabilities. Management refers to the optimum utilization of the resources of the organization. Recruitment always brings new talent to the organization, and it also helps create a potential employee for the organization to help achieve goals. Effective human resource process and planning to recruit new employees should mainly include: According to Johansson and Herranen (2019) a) Employees bring intellect, skills, value, and proper knowledge to the organization. b) Growth of oneself and the organization. IMPORTANCE OF EFFECTIVE HR RECRUITMENT PROGRAM According to Ekuma (2012), the following process to be considered: 1) Proper assessment of the employee: finding the best employee who can bring value and the difference in the organization 2) Recruitment and selection: capable employees to be recruited after the assessment and critical evaluation by proper interviewing. 3) Onboarding by conducting proper training and development programs and proper introductory processes with ease and comfort. 4) Once an employee is onboarded with proper interaction, it brings a difference in the beginning. It helps enrich the work environment and the work culture for themselves and the organization. 5) The proper evaluation and performance review of the employee: Providing the deserved employee benefits and compensation. CONCLUSION Hiring a new employee will create an addition in an organization and bring out team building for the growth of the individual and company. So here, the Human resource department should focus on adding the people and create a proper program to hire and onboard an employee. Mainly Human Resource department should practice: Proper searching of a capable employee, recruitment and selection, adequate onboarding and induction, new employee orientation process, insufficient training, and development program, complete evaluating and performance review of the employee, providing employee benefits and compensation and necessary add on like perks, flexibility, etc. to enrich work culture and work environment. These practices will bring significant differences in creating effective recruitment and a good work environment.
