Collaboration leverages the collective knowledge of a health care team. Peer evaluation and support, provided in the spirit of continuous improvement and organizational success, result in higher quality deliverables than generally possible by the efforts of an individual. I believe Successful leaders recognize the significance of building strong connections. They spend time centering their endeavors in key ranges that will construct associations with the individuals they lead. Here are three basic instruments that awesome leaders utilize to progress their working connections:
Listen: Leaders let other individuals’ conversation and they pay consideration to what they’re saying. They remove anything that would divert from their discussions and center on what individuals are attempting to convey.
Understand: They appreciate what other individuals do and esteem their commitments. Leaders are not as it were open to unused thoughts but are too energetic to memorize modern things. They know that taking the time to get it where people are coming from will pay profits within the long run.
Acknowledge: Leaders recognize the commitments of others. They are speedy to give credit to others for their victories. They celebrate accomplishments and charm within the achievements of their group. They know that individuals will be more persuaded to work difficult and attempt modern things if their leader recognizes their efforts.

What competencies were you able to develop in researching and writing the Comprehensive Project due in Unit 5?
The competencies that I have developed in researching are as follows:
1. Teamwork and collaboration- it is through my peer's feedback on the assignments 1 through 4 that I am able to take this information and build a better paper.
2. Critical Thinking- Wow this is a very important competency to have. This submission assignment could not have been completed without critical thinking. This was one of the most challenge classes when it came to this because I really had to think outside the box to come up with substantial answers
How will these competencies and knowledge support your career advancement in management?
These competencies are crucial to when I graduate and will have to apply these to real-life situations. I will be prepared and able to come up with clear and precise answers to help my organization grow.
