1. Introduction
    The core aim of this specific project is to build awareness about approaches in managing company to future. Management is the key and intelligible way to deal with the administration of an association's most respected resources within any organization (Baran & Kłos, 2014). This includes individuals operating there who separately as well as collectively add to the accomplishment of the business aims and goals. In this specific case, a video presentation on the management of the increasing level of carbon dioxide is analyzed and evaluated to gain recommendations.
2. Summary of the video
    It is clear from this video that, the development of industrialization and coal combustion in nations with ineffective safety regulations could result in disastrous consequences (Quick, 2000). The video demonstrated that industrial hazards and noxious contamination should be tied with global dynamics. The presenter works for a company that is mainly established to exploit the growing level of carbon dioxide which overlooked the environmental regulation and guidelines. However, the presenter wants to reframe societal structure along with good ethical choices in our daily lives and creating awareness. Apart from this, effective government supervision on coal industries and coal combustion which successfully helped nation’s commitment towards environment. Under this act, ministry of environment and forest has given all responsibilities to govern and control laws and policies related to the environment. It helps in integrating the opportunities of industrialization and environmental strategies. Therefore, it becomes utmost necessary for taking appropriate initiatives to build awareness among the society and coal companies to develop innovative strategies so that the overall health, as well as the wellbeing of the individuals along with the community, can be assured.
3. Evaluation
3.1 Strengths
    For conducting the project effectively, the presenter effectively described overall responsibilities and the role of the team members in conducting the project successfully. Most significantly, a daily reporting system is planted so that the daily activities of the team members will reach the manager properly and the manager can carry out the project successfully. The success depends on the managerial abilities of the project manager as well as the efforts of the team members (Sayah, 2013).
    The presenter focuses on technology which will help in reshaping the business and market in such a way that hardly there is any sector left to explore. With different modes of communication, the connectivity with the people has become easy and people can track down the disastrous consequences‎ too.
