Creating an Infographic You will perform your own web-based research to become an expert in your topic. You will be creating an infographic to display your learning and make it visual. This will be shared with the entire class.  You can create your infographic with any tool approved by your teacher. Some popular and very intuitive infographic tools include: Piktochart or Canva These tools allow you to login in with existing Google accounts, if you already have one. Both are easy to set up, create and share. You can always find your own infographic tool. Choose the one that works best for you. You must include the following information on your infographic, at the very minimum: 1) Clearly identify the topic you have selected. 2) Identify situations where you would use that type of communication in a business setting. 3) Explore advantages and disadvantages of that form of communication. Also, when might you not use that form of communication? 4) Identify the important ingredients that should be included in that form of business communication. For example, if you are working on the Formal Business Reports topic, what are the necessary and important elements of a Formal Business Report? Alternatively, if you are working on business email, what should a formal business email communication look like - what should it include? 5) Outline do’s and don’ts associated with the form of business communication.  For example, when delivering a formal presentation, what should you do, and what should you definitely not do, or try to avoid? 6) Make sure you reference your sources used. Note: You can select one of the following Topic: Formal Business Reports, Business Email, Formal Presentations, Video Marketing, Social Media.
